Im officially on holidays!

Im currently in Barbados departure hall awaiting for my next transit flight to Trinidad & Tobago. And from there I will have another round of transit to hubby's place.

Now im 12 hours behind the Malaysia time and fly half the globe, wow!

Travelling need alot of lucks and guts. You must have both! I still have few hours to pull through and its about 2 days of transit. I must say im exhausted transiting from one airport to another, different time zones, different seasons and cultures.

Here, I thank God for his protection and guide me all the way. I thank all my friends for the blessings and I thank my Lucks and helpful people along the way.

An amazing 2 days alone!

I'll try to blog more soon! :)

Sunday, June 07, 2009

Ahhh...
Finally,
I stay home on Sunday.
Not spending whole day at library.
It's stress & chained with books,
past year questions exam papers over there.

About my exams?
I just hope & wish that I'll pass both papers,
so I can continue move on to Part 3.
Yup! the last part, but it's TOUGH.
And that's why I heard from others sitting for it.

Even BIG 4, didnt recognise our OBU degree or
even part 2 of ACCA as degree. Blah!

I just don't understand why employer
prefer looking at those certificates,
but not experience or your attitude at work!
Life isn't fair at all, agree?

Spending sunny day at Sematan Palm Beach yesterday.
To de-stress after exam, for sure!
And to meet up girlfriends.
we all are way tooooooo busy with our life!

So, just let the pictures do the "talking" for now.

AM LOVING MY FLOPPY BEACH HAT♥

It was great! & fun.

Too bad we didn't actually took much photos during kayaking.
Kayak-ing was fun but too bad the double kayak
they rent us was actually damaged!

We can't go far with it,
because it was filled with sea water.
Ling was sitting behind me &
half kayak sunk in the middle of the sea! LOL!

I complained to the person in charge about it.
And demanded for refund.
Forgive me, I'm very calculative & hard to pleased.
Yeah, they actually refund the RM20 rental of kayak.

The receptionist also warned the person in charge
of the beach equipment not to rent others the kayak.
They know it was damaged before rented to us.
Lousy!

Anyway, I still miss the beach & the friends (:

A Blessed Christmas world!

.

.

.

.

.

"What is Christmas?" asked the priest during the midnight mass.

Is it Santa, Christmas tree, presents, etc. you have in mind?
Christmas isn't Christmas WITHOUT Jesus Christ.

Christmas is the birth of Jesus,
who save us from sin by dying on the Cross.

Had Christmas Eve dinner with Ling and my family!
Lovely!

As usual,
Lamb, Beef, Cottage pie is a MUST.

This year a little different.
We didn't ordered any lamb or beef from restaurant.
Mum decided to cook them with her new OVEN!

Turkish Cous-Cous Salad!
I got the inspiration from Effa! Thanks ;)

Beef

French loaf from ColdStorage. My dad love them the most!

Cottage Pie ;) my favourite

Lamb with Rosemary ;)

Sparkling champagne juice!

My Christmas gift from mum.
A necklace from MY DIAMOND.

Christmas for me, also means charity and love.

Visited the Sarawak Cheshire Home before Christmas.
Gave them a lil' Christmas party to cheer them up!

They were disabled so most of them on wheel chairs.
I even help to fed one of the kid there ;)

Some of them are independent and helpful.
Help among themselves in moving around, etc.

They are SPECIAL.
God created them so much different than us.
God do LOVE them so much too.

Then, I realised, we all should be THANKFUL for everything we have!

Musical round! Passing of gift around!

Food for them!
Beehoon, fried rice, fishball, sausages, sandwiches, satay and a lot more!

Having their yummy food ;)

God Give Us eyes this Christmas

To see the Christmas Star.

And give us ears to hear the song of angels from afar

And, with our eyes and ears attuned

for a message from above,

Let "Christmas Angels" speak to usof hope and faith and love

Hope to light our pathway

When the way ahead is dark,

Hope to sing through stormy days,

with the sweetness of the lark

Faith to trust in things unseen

and know beyond all seeing

That it is in our Fathers love

We live and have our being

And love to break down barriers of color, race and creed,

Love to see and understandand help all those in need.

Amen

Beach trip

Thursday:
Spent my day at the beach.
Sun, sand & sea

The view i took before went for changing.

I this pic.

And, this is 2nd beach.

Our & rings

I suggested to make a beach villa with the sand,
but Ling insisted THIS.

Our wedding cake! LOL.

Then, we found this lil crab.

Crabs seems to get lesser unlike the older days.

Around noon,
we off to the main beach
as we rented a kayak earlier.

Heading to Damai Beach

View of Damai Puri

Me.

Reached at another small beach. Seems deserted.

Far view of Damai Puri.

We didn't stayed up here for long,
soooo quiet. And found no one but the big crab.

The last pic i took there.

Before decide our lunch,
I want to have coconut drink
so, had late lunch at Teo's Seafood.

We ordered:

Lemon chicken.

Sea cucumber soup.

Butter prawns *yummy*

Bidin with belacan.

Comment on the food:
1) Lemon chicken,
not enough "taste of lemon" though it looked nice.

2) Sea cucumber soup, too much of vinegar.
*BTW, they mixed in the vinegar before served it to us*

3) Butter prawns
Excellent!

4) Bidin with belacan
Quite good.

LASTLY,

NO COCONUT DRINKS SERVED.
*Sulk*

I WANT FRESH COCONUT DRINKS!!!

So, to the Beach Seafood Restaurant.
Hoping to find fresh coconut drinks here.

YAY!!! FRESH COCONUT =)

Ling got sunburn because he's too fair. LOL.

I ♥ this green.

I definitely my day.
